Sunstay Málaga is a property management, operation and investment company in Málaga and the Costa del Sol (ATANDALUCIA SL, tax ID B44854891). It brings together four lines: Sunstay Holiday Rentals (holiday lets, at sunstayrentals.com), Sunstay Living (room-by-room rentals), Sunstay Real Estate (sales and rentals) and Sunstay Projects (investment and asset transformation).

We work across Málaga and the Costa del Sol, from Mijas Costa to Nerja: Mijas Costa, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Málaga city, Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga and Nerja. We have two offices: Av. La Riviera 78 in Los Álamos (Torremolinos) and Calle Río Seco 38 in Nerja.

One single fee: 20% of rental income, plus VAT. No bookings, no fee. It does not include maintenance, gardening or property supervision.

Yes. To rent out a whole home to tourists for short stays, it must be registered as a Vivienda con Fines Turísticos (VFT) in the Andalusian Tourism Register before you start. It has to meet habitability and equipment requirements, and some municipalities or owners' associations may add restrictions. Sunstay Living is our room-by-room rental line, with medium and long-term contracts. We work with properties of 3 or more bedrooms in the province of Málaga. It depends on the property. Holiday rentals usually earn more for homes near the beach or the old town that hold a licence, but they need daily management.
